How we work
From order to berth
A clear business cycle: approved purchase order, stock disbursement, signed delivery document, and we track at the carton level to deliver it to the ship, and this protects the brand owners.
Purchase Order Confirmation
The purchase order is confirmed regarding quantities, prices, the port, and the delivery schedule.
Warehouse Release
Products are released from our port warehouses accompanied by complete customs documentation.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the quay, port gate, or truck, scheduled to align with the vessel's transit window and timing.
Proof and Traceability
The delivery document is signed by the vessel, and each carton is linked to the specific order and customer—ensuring a complete audit and traceability record.
