Compliance
Sales policy and compliance
Our tobacco is not duty-paid, so every operation is governed by strict controls that guarantee full legality and protect the brand.
1 · No Domestic Sales (Within Egypt)
The tobacco products we supply are not cleared for taxes or customs duties. Therefore, Al-Ahed Group does not sell any products in the local Egyptian market, nor do we engage with local retail outlets in any capacity.
2 · Authorized Entities
We deal with: vessels transiting or docked at Egyptian ports; licensed ship-chandling companies; duty-free outlets at airports and seaports; duty-free land border crossings; customs-exempt entities; and the export of permitted products abroad.
3 · Pre-Supply Verification
Before the initial supply, we require the submission of a commercial registration, a business or outlet operating license, and a tax card. Access codes for the purchasing portal are issued only after this verification process is complete.
4 · Full Traceability
We maintain full traceability at the carton level; every carton released is linked to an approved purchase order, customer details, sales channel, port of release, and a signed delivery document. This record is subject to audit and is made available to the brand owner or relevant authorities upon request.
5 · Unified Pricing
We supply products at a fixed, unified price to any company maintaining a licensed warehouse at an Egyptian port. We do not undercut our own prices; rates are fixed according to the sales channel—a policy designed to protect brands, drive sales growth, and attract customers.
6 · Trademarks
All trademarks are the property of their respective manufacturing companies. We act as an authorized distributor or agent and claim no ownership rights over these trademarks.
7 · Documentation and Currency
Invoices are issued in US dollars against an approved purchase order, accompanied by complete customs documentation for clearance and export.
8 · Age and Safety
All tobacco products are intended for adults only. Transactions are not permitted with any entity that does not meet the legal requirements for the sale of duty-free tobacco.
