Privacy and data protection

Al-Ahed Group respects the privacy of its website visitors and trade-portal customers. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who may see it, how long it is kept, and what choices you have.

Every sign-in attempt — on the trade portal and on the admin console — is recorded: the time, the e-mail entered, the result, the device address (IP), the location estimated from that address (country and city), and the browser type. Only when an attempt fails do we ask the browser for a camera snapshot and a precise position; no snapshot is ever taken on a successful sign-in.

The purpose is to protect your account and the portal from unauthorised access, and to let the system owner review and verify any suspicious attempt before it becomes a risk.

This data is available to the system owner alone. It is guarded by a permission that cannot be delegated to any other user, and it never appears on a shared screen or in a general report. Snapshots are stored outside the public folders, so they cannot be reached by a direct link or by guessing one.

Attempts and their snapshots are kept for 30 days by default. The owner may shorten or extend that period in the settings, and everything is deleted automatically once it ends. Any attempt and its snapshot can also be deleted immediately from the security screen.

The camera and the precise position are entirely optional: if you refuse, or the browser does not respond, the attempt is recorded with its other details and the sign-in proceeds normally. We do not use this data for marketing tracking, and we neither sell nor share it with any third party.

The estimated location is derived from the device address locally on our own server, without sending the address to any external service. It is a country and city estimate and does not identify your precise position.

We use a single session cookie, which is necessary to keep you signed in and to complete your order. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
